1960 Ferrari 250 GT SWB/C
This is chassis 1811GT, originally delivered to Garage Francorchamps on behalf of Jean Blaton, a Belgium racing driver who raced under the pseudonym Beurlys. Having suffered an accident at the Le Mans 24 hours and recording a dnf at the 1000km Paris, the car was sold on to Robert Crevits under whom it recorded a number of class wins.
At some point in 1962 the car was fitted with the engine from 2291GT, and was still noted as having this engine in 2001. From 2003 onwards, the car as been seen at a number of historic events, and is a regular at Spa and the Le Mans Classic under the ownership of Clive Joy.
